Great tattoo. I would say go with a sleeve and tie in your forearm/inner bicep. It will be killer.

I am speaking from a whole different country (Australia), but I think some of these artists in NYC charge this price because they don’t expect to be tipped. Still in almost every case tip them in some form. Chen has it correct that personal gifts are the way to go not just straight out cash.

Come on Chen, for someone who loves to say how much “ink he wears” and the experience with his “boys” that he has, surely you should know how genuine and down right awesome Oliver Peck is, and that yes his tattoos to rock too.

I think it looks simple but not in a good way. It’s as much a poser thing as getting a tattoo without being a sailor, prostitute, bikie, in the freakshow or for cultural significance.

This show is just as gimmicky as the rest. I agree that Shane and Josh are top notch artists. If you want quality tattoo shows watch tattoo age, true love documentary or Marcus Kuhn’s gypsy gentleman.
