I’ve just had a piece done on my side and the location is brill for keeping it hidden when at work but easy to show off if I want to. The pictures above are good I really like the third one, very feminine but not over the top colourful.

I’d say to leave the text and roses separate but to make the roses a larger piece going up your shoulder and into your arm. I think if you tried to combine the two together it would look a bit too forced. You could always approach your artist though and see if they think they could come up with something.

It wouldn’t matter a bit to me how good someone’s work was if they were not licensed. My first thought would be if they are so good then why aren’t they licensed, it would just set all my alarm bells ringing and have me heading straight in the opposite direction. Thanks everyone. I’m super pleased with it, just battling the combination of itchiness from the bit that was done last week and soreness from the bit that was done today, not my favourite combo! 🙂

Thank you guys. The plan is to keep it b/g for the time being but I would like to continue to add to it over the years to make a much larger piece.
