Regardless of the quality of the tattoo, it’s going to stretch like no other because of how much he will grow.. His mother has neck ink and should have taken into consideration the laws, but what 10 year old wants to get a tattoo? Just got done checking out Brogan, he has got some extremely amazing pieces as well, the only thing is he is about 150 miles north of my hometown in Illinois, and that’s excluding the drive through Chicago, but I don’t think that’s that far of a drive to get a well done tattoo, so I’ll give his shop a call tomorrow as well..
