sounds like Seberia. I have it myself. altho nothing pops up on my tatts. Its a dry skin condition and if not kept moist, breaks out. Basically all you can do (other than taking meds – which I refuse to do b/c I’m on enough) is basically live with it and keep your skin moist with lotions.
