i have 6 peircings in my cartilage and yes it hurts a lot more than a normal peircing. the one thing i want to point out is that, at least with me, the cartilage is more prone to infections. i’m 28 and got my first one at 16. and sometimes they still get infected unlike any of my other peircings. also all the years of sleeping on them has made my ears into a bit of a different shape than they started as. if i change the earings in them or take them out for a couple months they always get reinfected, and it’s not because of anything i’m doing because i don’t have these problems with any of my other many peircings. i have 9 in one ear 7 in the other as well as lip, nose, and 2 navel. i personally love the look though so deal with it.

well, i’m always a fan of more ink..:p it is hard to see what that tat is though cause the pic is kinda small. i think sleeves on a guy are hot. it all depends on your personal choice though. you also need to take into consideration what kind of work you do cause some places just won’t tolerate visible tattoos.
