i think it can be covered because i have seen a lot darker tattoos get covered up before .
but where you said its placed doesnt sound like you will be able to cover it up with a cherry blossom tree.
flowers are prob your best option .

hi , to be honest i would not worry about it .

people only claim breech of copyright when someone has taken your work to make a profit from it.

i like the idea and placement but the text is far far to small needs to be at very least double that size .
and its in a place visible all the time so you really need to think this through 😉

id keep the lettering and have a broken stone background

an all white rose will not work , white is a colour only really used for adding the final finishes to a tattoo
