Fresh ink he does not want so i don’t think he cares what it will do to it especially when all it will do is lighten it for a better cover. What did you offer? Nothing but a sarcastic answer with no merit. Now you offer your infinite wisdom to me.LOL. You can keep it.

I know a young lady who used it with some success so not everyone is scared of it like you seem to be. I said try it assuming its not sold in 55 gallon drums to bath in and also assuming that if he does experience pain that he will discontinue its use. Not everyone is a pansy.

Yes i question your lack of advice and now you offer substance only after be called out. Being a moderator certainly qualifies you for nothing and i know this but does it mean you give stupid answers to seemingly intelligent questions and no one is to question that?

Piss poor advice as well as judgement on your part. Way to go pro.

You are a moderator and THIS is how you answer someone looking for help? Good lord, try not to help too many people with your words of wisdom.

Never heard that one. 2 hrs at most for a covering then clean it, moisturize it, and never cover again.

I know mine will go through that stage. They look nasty for a week or so until the peeling stops then they look shiney for a few weeks.

It will not remove it but should lighten up the color which will only help with the cover up. It certainly cannot hurt and now is the best time to start using it since your tattoo is so new you should get the best effect out of it. Give it a shot. 1 or 2 shades lighter will make a big difference for the cover. I am not a tattoo artist, just a collector with 40 or so and still counting for some reason.

That little bit of work will heal fast. maybe a week or 2. when the peeling stops its good to go. I just got a few big ones(knee to ankle) and they are taking 4 weeks for a good to go heal.

That will be a simple fix for a good artist. You have good space around it. People do all kinds of stupid crap so no need to kick yourself. Concentrate on the fix. If it were me(and it was a time or 2) i would do some research to get an idea of what i would like then find a good artist who will sketch a few ideas for me to see. Could be as simple as a better star or a complete cover. Mostly depends on you.
