Brown is just not a popular tattoo color.
I would suggest dark purple.
Purple is the color of royalty and is closely associated with Christ (King of Kings). -

If you like it, its a good tattoo.
Take pictures after healing, rather than fresh. Or see if your tattooist can wipe you down with witch hazel, it will remove some of the redness and swelling.Kanji and tribal are personal pet peeves, but I am not the one wearing the ink!:o

Yup. Seen it. The guy has owned not one, but two shops. Sucks if you live in a town with just one bad shop. The funny thing is that even after posting a shitty picture gallery, he keeps getting customers!

Chief D, why is tattoo goo a waste?Tattoo Goo, Tatt Wax etc. are all very similar. They were developed by tattoo supply companies and tattooist in general. There are so many bad tattoos out there, it is hard to pick a “worst.”
I recently went to a water park here, and the amount of bad ink is much greater than the good stuff.
The sad thing about the last tattoo is that it was done in a “Pro” shop. I have seen it used before as an example of why not to get tattoos by a scratcher! -

Nice. I like the style or art too. Original. Should be a real nice finished peice. Southwest colors will work well with the design.

Get an appointment and just go talk to the artist. Be prepared to compensate him. At least a tip, if nothing else. I personally wouldnt charge for a small touch up, but I consider that part of doing a good job. You are the customer and you have the right to be satisfied that the work is complete. If he is going to be difficult, by all means go to…[Read more]

You will probably be fine. Tattoo goo is a waste in this area. Just use regular moisturizer or sunscreen if uncovered, outdoors. Dont worry too much about it fading or spreading. You may want it touched up later, but it looks like it will likely last many years.

Once healed could excessve moisturising cause any damage to the pigments over time?Nope. Inks are deposited into a layer of tissue well below where moisturizers penetrate. They just keep surface layers soft and transluscent.

You might get someone to tattoo above the hood. Tattooing the clit would rock your world. You would likely not be able to have it finished without some serious meds! Its pain on another level! Imagine getting your clit pierced several times a second for several minutes. Then agin, I wouldnt recommend driving a nail through it either!

1. Tattoo pigments are much better than they used to be. Next generation pigments such as Intenze, Fuzion, Eternal, and Skin Candy use both large and micropigment dispersal that will not break down and fade like the old school inks did.
2. How the artist chooses and applies the pigment determines the vibrancy of the tattoo. Touch-ups also aid in…[Read more] -

The leg looks like Mike Devries, and the hand looks like Paul Booth.

Unless you stay well moisturised, ballpoint is still visible on the skin, even on darkly tattooed skin.

Yes its fixable. Wait until the tattoo is FULLY healed, then go back. Easy enough mistake, suprising that no one caught it before.:o

Complicated ides generally turn into busy tattoos. I like the three lions idea. You could get the eyes colored to match the birthstones, and have the rest of the tattoo done in B&G. If its supposed to be symbolic, keep the idea simple. Above all, get your artist involved in the process and let him help come up with the design.

Hi Kita,
Welcome.:)
Just an FYI but for most piercers, the Rook is your only real piercing. The others are just pierced ears. Unless you decide to stretch (gauge) your holes, then they are piercings. - Load More
