I would do a soldier from behind, looking over his shoulder, with the guitar slung across his back.
Most tattooists wont do design work for free. Too many flakey people out there to work for free!
I do free consultations and design work for my clients, But I do require $100 non-refundable deposit towards the tattoo. -

Every tattoo heals different. Every artist has an aftercare they recommend.
After 5 tatts and 5 different approaches to aftercare, you should know what works best for you.
