I was just looking at the black zig zag line above the angels and thought it wasn’t coloured in yet, as compared to your other tattoos like the Mr Man and dragon, it wasn’t solid and you can see the needle lines like its been coloured in with a pencil.

Also the bodies are done in with shading to give 3D appearance, but the faces aren’t which makes them look really flat so could do with some shading to make the faces curve around. And the stocking/boots are shaded to show the curve of the leg, but the thighs aren’t, so it doesn’t carry on the 3D/shading effect as for example under the arse cheeks should be shaded in as i assume the light source is coming from the centre of the angels. This is also the same as the curve of the angels backs, they have shading to make the appearance of curves, but the tails of the dresses dont have that same effect which should be continued.

I cant understand what the zig zag lines are or the marks are in the middle of those zig zag lines and will they fade in over time so it doesnt look like pencil marks?

The inner shadows you have on there are of different darkness, I think if the zig zag lines were as dark as the shadows of the inner legs, it would be much more striking.

As it is at the moment, it looks like its half finished, and needs to be made either completely cartoon 2D or completely shaded, not half of each.

Don’t take it as negative feedback, as it is meant to be constructive feedback, like what happens in my photography all the time, its the way to learn from other peoples opionions and improve.

Right, without getting annoyed!! I designed this picture to be tatooed on myself, XXX simply folowed what i had come up with. Im glad you noticed the pencil like lines as thats the exact effect i aimed for, a sketch! the skin of the angel and devil isnt shaded as much as other parts as she is a white person, therefore lighter than the boots and cloak as they are darker in colour! THATS THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!! its not 3D as its a sketch. the fact you called them angels, evan though its an angel and devil, suggests that you know the ‘zig zag lines’ are wings, just commented to be a tit!! im not sure why i am defending myself and XXXX here as i clearly dont have a clue who you are, but quite realise you are a bit simple. ITS MY DESIGN, TATOOED ON MY HIP! so please explain what your ‘constructive feedback’ is supposed to achieve?
