Sorry dude man, but there is no freaking way to cover that cross up. It’s either live with it, or laser it.

As for blacking it out….do you REALLY think an enormous black blob on you arm will look better than that cross? Doing that is about the only thing you could do to make that piece of ink worse. And no, white ink will not show up on top of black.

Also, it does kinda flow in an odd sort of way. You’ve three pieces there and not one flows into the other. They’re just kind of a jumbled mess all around, so, in a way, yes your new cross kinda fits into what you have already by the fact that it doesn’t flow in.
