huge dissapointment today …went in for my appointment, but the artist had my design mixed up with some-one elses(both have a certain local building in it hence the confusion) so he wasnt able to do the tattoo today 🙁

he is now booked up till september but has a second artist working there who could do the tatt this month as she works here for 6monthsand abroad for 6months and has only just set here final days for returning so her roster was still fairly open.

He has also said that if he has a cancalation he will fit me in.

why not do the 2 hearts in black/grey shading and have the blood running down them colored red, the red would really stand out then, like the girl with the red coat in shindler’s list

Hey,

I currently have 3 small tattoos, the largerst on is 3″ * 2″ so they are by no means big.

My wife was constanly saying she thinks I have enough tattoos now?! we recently had a son and I have my first sitting booked to get a 1/2 sleeve with his name on it at the start of June. Today in the car, out of nowhere she said that would want to be the end of the tattoos ……. my reply was that we obviously couldnt have more kids either… as the next kid would feel left out if it didnt get its own tat!

sorry, should clarify

he would probably need 1-2 hours to sketch/final render the design and tattoo for the remainder rhat only leaves 3-4hrs in that day, would then need to go back a second day to finish it off

I would say reason for no-one picking him is his ‘I’m superior to everyone’ attitude and the fact that some of his tats actually dont look that awsome

The current shape hit me as a gravestone and if I had not read the post it would have seemed to be a ‘in memory’ tattoo.

He thanks for the comments, just want to clarify …. the shape of the drawing is the outline of my arm, not the boundry of the drawing, i was looking to do it as a sleeve.

absolutely hate kat, that would be enough never to get tattoed by her, corey(as said above is very good for old skool) wouldnt be my style. in my opinion, ami and nunes’ work looks dodge sometimes when they show the photo’s of the final works(ie, not exactly symetrical when it is meant to be, faces that look nothing like the origional pictures, …)

Had a chat with the tattoo artist today, he is exited about what I have in mind(I think they like to vary from the repetitiveness of the pre-designed books on the wall). he thinks that all of the things I want in, where I want them will work really well. there will be a section of graffiti in the tattoo and he did say it wasnt his forte, would it be wrong of me to ask whether one of the other lads is better at the graffiti to that section?

It will take atleast 2 full days to complete(thats if I can sit for a full day), between sketching, final drawing, outlining and colouring in, looking @ €800 – €1000
