Go listen to a 80’s metal band called girlschool and you will be blown away. If they would have been dudes they would have been huge in the metal world.

The only one I know is Tone-loc in 1989 did a voice for “Ferngully-The last rainforest”.LL cool J had a TV series in the 80’s.Tone -loc might have had a regular part in Law and Order.
