It’s pretty bad, but I’ve definitely seen worse.
I think NeverBSatified had a great suggestion, maybe later down the line you can cover it up and get that somewhere else, especially if it has sentimental value to you.
Luckily, it’s not in a spot that people are going to see unless you’re walking around with out a shirt on.

Have breakfast in the morning, and bring some juice.
And have fun! And definitely post pictures when you’re done.

Online translators are probably the worst thing to use. Seriously. Translation is more about swapping words from one language to words from another language.
Also, just curious, why are you interested in having a tattoo of a language you don’t understand enough to translate a simple phrase yourself?
If you are getting just the text, and it will…[Read more]

This is something I have been putting a lot of thought into.
It’s my first summer with my tattoo, but it’s only mostly visible when I wear a bikini. So I bought a really cute one piece bathing suit, but I still feel so matronly. heh. I also bought an SPF 100.
I haven’t really decided which route I’m going to go, so I’d especially love to hear the…[Read more] -

Pretty rad. I’d like to see some closer pictures too, if you get a chance to post them.

Why not talk to your doctor about it? If he’s already seen the area, you could probably give him a quick call and address your concerns.
While a good artist should not be willing to work on you if you have any possible health complications, they are not health professionals. -

Well, if you insist.
I think it’s bland. There’s nothing original about this.
It seems like the lines on the cross are pretty wonky, and the hand on the far side looks kind of deformed.I’m sure there’s a nice sentiment behind it though, and if you like it, it’s all that matters.

Pretty cool. It kind of reminds me of the horror movie series; is that what you were going for? Sorry, I missed that back story on this, if there was one.
There’s just something about the fingers that creep me out.

They are boring, and unoriginal. The star is also kind of awkward, maybe the angle of the picture exacerbates it, but it seems to be a bit long.
I give them both 2s.

I really like the re-work, it really shows you what a competent artist can do; it’s quite a transformation.

I have to agree with TOPDOG, seven days of cling film sounds like it might not be the best idea. While, yes the tattoo aftercare one follows should be at discretion of the artist, but every artist should be up to date with practices most conducive to a healthy healing process, and from what I gather, many reputable artists advise to take of the…[Read more]

I’m getting mine done now. And it hurts. It seems to me like the meatier sections hurt the most to me, though.
I’ve had sorter sessions, which seems to help, but then I feel like it’s taking forever to get done. -
