I’m not a huge fan of the tattoo, though it looks to be done well, and most certainly compliments the body, it’s just not my style.

I think an ink pad would probably work.
You can but a non-toxic one at a craft store near you for fairly inexpensive, I would think.

You should always apply moisturizer – a thin layer 3-4 times a day while its healing & 1-2 a day after its healed. You’re right, it shouldn’t be saturated with lotion, but it shouldn’t be dry either.
