Some of the best inspiration comes from pulling up the flora and fauna of the places you’re in love with.

You have a gorgeous body.
And a lovely sleeve. But more importantly a nice body.

The fingernail ended up in my mouth, but still doesn’t match your story. I bet it smelt horrible… Sometimes I go into treatment rooms and they still smell of lingering procedures.
In your mouth? Ugh. Then I’d panic.
This smelled like staph – I didn’t stick around long enough for the cultures and just wrote scripts and left.…[Read more]

I once found a fingernail in my pizza, it was not good.
I drained an abscess the size of a human head at work yesterday. If it was a clean white fingernail, no prob.

This octopus needs some text tattoos while we’re at it. Anyone know any sad country lyrics?

Pizza is ALWAYS good.
Absolutely exhausted. Six nights, all of which remain on night shift. At least I don’t have to be back at work for 22 hours. 😀

I am pretty happy. Thank you. 🙂
I’m working days today per my boss’s request. Wouldn’t want to do this daily. I’m planning on going homeand eating a whole pizza once this is over.

He sounds like an awesome man, Pox, on your dad.
The guy you screwed around with sounds like a douche. 🙁 Dealing with little boys who pursue something like rabid dogs because they have an urge to “win you over” are a waste of time. Make sure they’re really good lays if you’re going to bother. (I am so matronly in my advice.)
It’s nice dating…[Read more]

I don’t know if all of that would cover this tattoo. He needs to get this tattoo just to prove it to me.

I’m a big fan of dadaistic humor, and it’s loaded.
Listening to Jeff Buckley’s “Grace.” Such a great album.

This is an excellent topic to take to an artist.
Depends what you want from a pin-up. Halloween themed pin-up? Easy sleeve! Is she a hula girl? Again, easy to throw a bunch of Polynesian themed junk in a sleeve.

I have a tattoo on my abdomen covering a big scar, and it features an Indian Blue Robin, which is actually a primitive flycatcher… But I chose plants native to its surroundings and made it sort of trippy.

Honestly, I think that’s a terrible idea, Bert. It’s far too subtle. Nice try, though.

I need to get off my lazy ass and go to the post office, get rid of my trash, and go run.
Today is sprint day. And I’m just looking for an excuse to sit here and watch Rules of Engagement with my cat and my new tattoo.

You’re lucky, this can be covered with whatever you want. An anvil, rose, octopus, a mean eagle, some buddhist thingie or an even bigger kanji.
What about an octopus holding a rose and an anvil and like six other things?

Don’t go back to that parlor. That’s not a very good tattoo. And here’s the thing about foot tattoos: They don’t heal well, fade fast, and just are one of the last places I’d go. However, too late now. As for the healing process:
You don’t moisturize an open wound. A tattoo is an open wound. Stop doing that until it heals in about three…[Read more]

Looks normal to my untrained eye. It’s never going to look as brilliant as right after it was done.
The one good thing about Saran Wrap, if you’re sticking to a wrap, you’re not sticking to clothes covered in bacteria and you’re not scabbing ONTO clothes, which can cause problems with tattoos and losing color (as well as an infection risk). I…[Read more]
