yeah 9.5 hours without stopping…

Sababo is a machine – he didn’t even stop to go to the toilet or a drink etc.

the last 3 hours were very very painful especially the last hour finishing my under arm and tricep.

i almost quit but i only had one chance to get it all done as Sabado was going back to Japan the next day.

yeah my arm is quite swollen in the pics this lasted for 4-5 days.
