i use bepanthem and when they peel it loses a tad of the brightness but thats just from being dry i think, as soon as i wack some moistouriser on my sh*t it all goes bright as it started when my guy did it.

what diff would it make to a picture of your arm?
just look at those sleeves and think about it?
best thing to do is think of the elements you want and get it all designed by a good artist so it all pieces together well if and when you go ahead with it.

just go in with your idea, talk to who ever. usually some artist in the shop will specialize in certain things and work with you.
