Anti biotoc cream should only be used if infection is there and should never be used on the first day. Check what a doctor has to say about Polysporin etc on Wikipedia. I tried aloe neet and it was a bit harsh for my skin but it has worked wonders for a lot of people. Use a high sun factor from one of the companies that specialise in the field. They have a background and will have the best products for the job.
