Spend the money for a good artist. I’ve had too many friends go cheap and then pay for it later with laser removal. By that point it’s more pain and more money.

The only areas that are oozing, is where there is red ink. So it looks like an allergic reaction to this type of ink. I would follow the suggestions of the people on here.
