So i booked an appt at a convention in january. Today my wife texts me that shes trying to set something up also…..
What have i done!!! Ive created another monster. Her last tattoo was in october …..4 years prior for the one before that. Im all for it so long as i dont have to pay for it.

I have a big problem with people using existing tattoos as reference.

I still have my fathers ashes. I feel hed rather be spread somewhere beautiful for eternity rather than stuck in my arm for like 60 years and then get buried with me. But hey if thats what you wanna do keep looking. Someone will want to do it. My buddy did a memorial on his neck for his dad and it included a very very small amount of his ashes.

The lineup is already bananas. Im really looking forward to it.

I personally choose an artist first. Then contact them, then figure out what were going to do. Ive never been torn between multiple artists on an idea before. But id lean towards not compromising. Legs suck. I did 8 strait hrs knee ditch to ankle this past weekend. The struggle to control the twitching was real.

Spent a couple days in new orleans this weekend. 8 hrs with Adam Aguas. We were runner up tattoo of the day.

And heres the one my wife got from kristel oreto a week ago. 5 hrs

I see praise for mediocre and average tattoos a lot, i say “meh” to myself and then keep my mouth shut. I try to keep the snobbery in check. Haha. But then ill post photos of my own personal work from artists i love and its like crickets so sometimes i wonder if my standards are a bit out of whack. But i keep doin me.
