Even the second post you put was a run on sentence. I didnt read all of either. But i get bumps sometimes on the Goku I have on my back. But I used to get white heads for a while they eventually went away after a few years a gf of mine wouldnt take no for an answer (and her big fake perfect tits made it a lot harder to say no) when she wanted to pop them. She popped them all. Some of them had a lot of puss in them. But after she did they they seemed to go away. The aura around Goku doesnt have bumps but sometimes it raises up. I hope this helps I didnt read the entire post so I just kinda guessed/hoped you where talking about bumps that im talking about.

I’m annoying but they still tattoo me

They dont like to. If an artist doesnt like doing what hes working on I would think it would be there best work.

Wearing a bandage so your ointment/lotion doesnt rub off is good. But I would suggest not putting so much on so that it would rub off. Just put on a little and rub it so that there isnt any excess to rub off.

When I had my 3rd but biggest/most detailed tat on Monday I was in the chair for 3 1/2 hours and, at first it was fine and I was quite comfortable, but after an hour or two things got unbarley painful (my tattoo is on the inside of my bicep, so v sensitive area) and I did struggle alot.

Ive always dealt with pain okay, having had some major surgery as a youngster and have several facial piercings (septum was the worst) but I must admit, I was clinging to my boyfriends hand and my eyes did water!

I personally think, if your in pain and you make a massive fuss out of it, it psychologically makes you think its worse then it is.

The pain that I get from my new tat now and when I had it done, I did say I’d never get another tat….

Time will tell!

At least you didnt say how much you love pain right before.

I dont the guy I mean Ive heard the name but I know nothing about him. I do know my good friend Travis Brown works at Aces High. Travis is a great guy and great artist. He is an award winning (the tattoo on my back won an award hes the one who did it) artist as well. Just have him tattoo you. He even has some t-shirt designs out for fight dirty clothing. I found that out from a flyer that came to a shop I was at that was advertising them.

You would think with all the information on this forum that I would have everything I need. However it seems that I am still VERY lost and clearly need someone to spell it out for me.

I am going for my first tattoo next week (the start of an addiction me thinks) so I want to make sure I have everything I need. My tattoo will be on my upper thigh so it will rub against jeans and workout pants. Do I need to wrap it in plastic? What about while showering?

What about creams? Do I just need an A&D cream?

Sorry for the annoying, probably repetitive newbie questions. Cookies for anyone who will put up with me.

I would use the a&d for the first 2 or 3 days. Then afterword use a lotion non scented. But dont glob it on. Put just enough to make it not dry anymore. Keep it clean! Dont wear tight pants untill it heals. Loose pants are good. It will be on you forever so you can go a week or so without working out. You can always make up for missing the work outs later. The only reason plastic is put on a tattoo is to keep it clean before you go home and take a shower. Go home and take a shower! Use your hand and make sure you clean it good! All the excess pigment and blood needs to be washed off. Pat it dry if you must let it air dry for 20 mins or so then add the ointment. You dont have to use ointment and then lotion you can use either or. If you keep getting more ink you will find what works best for you. Again DO NOT GLOB THE OINTMENT/LOTION ON! Just enough to hydrate it.
