I assume it wouldn’t be a big deal.
But to reiterate: talk to your artist.

In my mind…the worst that could happen is he wouldn’t be able to tattoo that one spot…and would need a 45 second touch-up after your bump heals.

My artist actually did that with a friend of mine…
Had him come back in after an ingrown hair was healed and filled that dot in.

But I’d actually guess between $500-1000 leaning closer to 5…

Somewhere around the $1000 range.

I remember learning about these guys during my senior year of highschool.

Very very cool concept for a tattoo…and even better execution.

What inspires you?
Is there simply a style of art that is especially beautiful to you?
Right off of the top of my head…I can think of a tiger or possibly a rugged mountain terrain…water that flows with the marks…

Putting that big of a quote on your wrist would mean you’d need to make it in a fairly small font.
The smaller the font…the more likely “bleeding” of the ink will ruin your tattoo over time. (Delicate lines are harder to fix than dark robust ones.)

A rib tattoo will distort when you raise your arms.
Completely natural and completely fine.

And congratulations on your upcoming graduation.

It isn’t so much that you get “addicted,” but rather…introduced to the art.
You lose your initial fear and you begin to realize how amazing the art can really be.

If you really really only want one tattoo, you’ll be fine with just one.

As our registered tattoo guru says…
Unless the weight gain (or buffness :o) is extreme and fast…your tattoos should be fine.

Also, tattoos have a strange way of boosting confidence. So even if you aren’t in love with your arms the way they are…getting them inked may help you like them a tad bit more as well.

I’m actually pretty excited to see this piece progress.

I like it a lot to tell you the truth…it may not suit everyone’s typical idea of a back piece…but that is what makes it so awesome!!!
