Oh dear. That’s a bit of a mess.

So, how much do you pay for a 5oz bottle, and how much to ship it to Australia. Throw a little on the top for your efforts… or sell it on ebay for a good price and you’ll have aussie buyers lining up.

Well, that sucks… I’ve had some sent before by ebay, and a lot of shops have to buy it that way.

They won’t allow bactine to shipped to Australia thru Amazon. I can do it thru ebay, but I was looking for a better price for quite a few bottles.

I’ve tried this already and having issues with them sending to my address. Not sure why… Its frustrating.

Is this an ongoing fix-up/cover-up?

Looks like a lot of work to make something out of the mish-mash.

The tribal can be easily cleaned up. It’s only black lines. I’ve seen some incredible cover-ups and addition work to existing tribal.

You should tell your friend to go see the local butcher and get some pig skins. They are cheap, and great for practice. I was doing about 30 – 40 hours a week on pig skin and was able to get those practice hours up…[Read more]

As far as tribal goes, and maybe it’s the image, but all the lines look wonky? Uneven in places and a bit rough.

The bottom bit looks like some kanji symbol?

Thanks Dave, I’ll certainly play with the contrast. I do a lot of work digitally to these images after I scan them in, turning them into t-shirt designs, and basic ideas for tattoos, then the artist usually adds on to the picture.

I’ve only started to draw more seriously this year after a long hiatus, but will take your comments on board.

In the right hands, that could easily be touched up, cleaned up and made to look much sharper. Maybe a little darker in the shading, and the mane could be given a softer edge that blends into your skin. Don’t fret too much. At least the Lion isn’t cross-eyed. It could have been much worse.

I do like the picture you have, but if it’s a tribute piece, that image is a bit morbid. The burning city… barbed wire etc. I like the idea of the towers skyline with the Statue of Liberty, and maybe the NYFD logo. Could do that in black and grey with a flag as the skyline. Something a bit more ‘up’?

I’m really liking that. The detail is amazing. It’s one of those pieces you look at and see something different, or clever. Will be keen to see the whole sleeve when it’s done. Kudos to the artist as well!

It’s black text, and not so big. You could cover it easily. Something with some solid colour would do it.
