I mean the smallest heart, closest to the body. When looking at the hearts the right way, it’s the most left one.

Hi guys!
I got this tattoo on Saturday and today I noticed it looks like the ink is bleeding out a bit? Does this look like a blow out to you, or just part of the healing and will go away?
