I am having the same issue. Mine started this morning (3<sup>rd</sup>) and I have been praying that it’s not a blowout and that it’s not permanent. I got mine done on the 1<sup>st</sup> and for the first 2 days it was fine, I woke up this morning and it was as you described. I’ll insert some links
My family and friends say it just needs time to settle because it’s new but this whole blowout thing has me paranoid, somebody on twitter mentioned it could be to me, but all my other tattoos are fine and were done at the same store. If anyone has any advice feel free to tell me because I’m worrying my head off.
