Thanks for that info, so it’s basically b/c the ink was put in too deep. What does that say about the artist? I have other work done by him and haven’t had a problem with anything else. It is on my shoulder going down my arm. Maybe it’s because of the area?

Thanks forveryone’s help. i taked to my tattois and said i have to wait at least 3-4 years to get it coved. There’s too much scar tissue right now. That sucks, but oh well. The way he is going it’s going to take 3 years to finish my back anyways. He books 3 months in advance.

Thanks for the idea Hoani!! I actually really like that idea, but I was getting my fairy on the other side of the back, so I was thinking of something gardenie/flowery to cover up my stars with.

My husband is heavily tattooed. For aftercare of his tattoos he uses Lubriderm hand cream, the unscented kind. He doesn’t use Tattoo Goo or Polysporn or anything else, just Lubriderm. He has never had a problem with any of his tattoos. He’s been using it for several years now.
