well its not that bad of a design but stop the photoshop coloring and get yourself some markers. Tattooing has nothing to do with digital work. It’s not like they print a tattoo on your skin.

not really bad… But it will need allot of fine tuning.
Some lines/strokes you made are not equal sided.. There are some corners in the round sides… some things that don’t belong there.

And about the copyright.. i don’t know how’s that gonna be. The smartest thing is to contact the artist i think.. Maybe he gets mad enthusiastic and allows it without the copyright. I know i would be mad enthusiastic when somebody wants one of my paintings on his back!
