Tattoo Goo uses some excellent ingredients. Unfortunately, tattoo Goo doesn’t make an after-care product that is proven to work during the healing process. Vitamin E is excellent. Be cautious where you get your vitamin E from however, because you cannot purchase pure concentrated Vitamin E oil over the counter. It is available in cocoa butters, and many other skin care sources. There’s a very long list of other active and inactive ingredients that are not good to put on your tattoo.

Do not use vaseline on a healing tattoo. It will remove some of the dye you spent hours putting in.
H2Ocean is a very basic ointment typically used as a Base cream for Triamcinolone prescription creams and steroids. It is sterile, but it is too thick to be used while your skin is still peeling. It is over rated.
