I think the Tattoo is decent. The shadows could be a bit more bold to create more depth. I like the idea of red mixed with this piece.

My experience with Tattoo is that they always hurt. Some places are worse than others. I tend to get in that meditative state where I notice the pain but don’t hold on to it. I don’t feel like answering the questionaire

I would think the nipples would suck to deal with while it was healing. But still cool!

From my experience the areas with more meat aren’t so bad. But again everyone is different but you can do it! Will be worth it and regardless of the pain im sure u will want more once you get one!

Ive never had my back tattooed so Im unsure about the spine, but I would imagine anything on the bone would be pretty painful. My shin bone was the worst although my knee cap wasn’t that bad. Some places on the body are easier than others.

Yeah I think the fingers either way will spread over time. I’ve never had them done on myself but know many people who have. I think a mandala would be fairly detailed and would make the small size for any finger difficult to pull off. I do suppose that using open pattern versus detailed patterns would be best. I prefer to not think about it. I let my artists do what she wants within reason. I have turned down a few ideas but overall she knows me well enough and knows what I like. I trust her enough to just run with whatever comes up with. We have also collaborated on ideas. But in the end she takes the ideas and turns it into art.

I wonder if he plans to detail his arm out a bit more. I don’t think the Tattoo is bad but its lacking in a way. I’d like to see if he leaves it or continues to add to it.
