By any chance did you feel it in your arms? When i had that same area done with my dragon sometimes it would feel like my inner arms were burning a bit. I don’t really know why because it wasn’t irritating my back that much and it wasn’t all the time. looks nice, can’t wait to see it finished.

That makes sense, i think it was mainly how the drawing was like a snapshot of how his dog is, and he may not have another picture that got it quite like that drawing. Maybe take his pug, and make the drawing look like him in the same position.

Maybe incorporate more things that are connected to whatever unit you were in? More information about that could lead to better or more ideas

Yea i was surprised at how fast my back healed. Peeling was all done within 5 days of when i got it, and itching was done within 7 or 8 days. Then i just had to make sure nothing happened to it as all of the layers of skin grew back.

Just so you know, that crane is a gray crowned crane from south africa.

I dont know if that would change anything about what you want, but you could go with an African Savannah theme, or go back to the japanese idea and have a crane wading through a Japanese garden/ koi pond.

For some reason i am the complete opposite. I went in for a full day appointment to design and start my dragon without having anything to eat at all. I took food and drinks, i just never felt the need to eat anything, and all i had during the entire day, and 8 hours process of designing and getting it was like 16 ounces of this tea stuff.

yea the phoenix is done, all i have to do now is figure out how exactly i want the colors for the dragon. as of now i was thinking dark green for the scales and body but other than that im really not sure.

Yea that was the one thing he said, this was his style of work that he is best at and so even with all of the detail it was going to go pretty quick.

I only have one, but it covers a wide area on my back.

Least would be center back of ribcage under shoulder blade- after single needle right on my spine, that area just felt real nice.

Worst was kidney area with phoenix tail, it may have been the fact that there are like 20 lines per inch for tail detail but that was the most brutal.

I have had a pet Silver Phoenix for the past 5 years or so. Yes it is a Rooster, but they are special because the have a unique gene that allows their tails to continue to grow without molting, or loosing them every year.
