And I’ve become a tattoo snob myself.. But I also discovered that pretty much every single tattoo artist and collector with amazing ink, has some pretty shitty ones as well.. 😉 When you’ve made mistakes yourself, you almost feel bad for not warning or telling others when they’re doing it too.
I’ve got one I can’t even cover or fix, it needs laser! Pro tip; Getting a tattoo on your boob at age 16; Terrible idea. They grow. Things move. Awful plan.

But yeah, the lines are decent, and as you said, you got what you asked for. And on the “what you ask for not what the artist wants to do”; If you can find BOTH at the same time, that’s when you get the best tattoo. Chose an artist that really wants to do your tattoo, I promise you’ll end up with a good result! (If the artist is good. Not a scratcher buckethead that wants to do anything)

Hey there, its been awhile but i had color added to this. I had some other work done with some color near this one and it looked off so i had him go over it.

I like it even more now. But i as stated before i did like it dark.

LOL i have to say i get a chuckle out of the response for this tattoo, i am perfectly happy with it to be honest with you all. I would not blame the person who did this tattoo, because its what i asked for and its what i got. The design i gave him came from color and i asked for black and “gray” based on the pic i gave even though i asked for the eyes nose and mouth he more or less took the design from the picture i gave him. I’m a firm believer in getting the tattoo i want and not the one the artists wants to do. Covering it up or getting it laser removed as someone mentioned would be completely out of the question if anything some time down the road i may add some color to it. but i doubt i’ll even do that. Thanks for the replies and the correction on my word smithing.

OK, i’m in no way a tattoo authority in any way so enlighten me. I’m all ears.
