I can see it now, there’s a definite kink on the fletching side. The lines off the sun are definitely uneven and one more above than below the arrow. I’m not too experienced with ratio trouble, but I wager it might be able to be remedied a bit with some thicker lines or by covering them with an altered design.

I’m with tatbot, I love the level of detail my artist put into mine, but a higher level of detail would require a larger amount of space, and if you’re just doing your forearm…
I’d suggest finding a new place for it, or maybe just a small piece of the picture, something that really pops to you.
