You should be fine. Like you said, you have a responsibility that is much more important than your tattoo. Sounds like you did all you could for the ink. It will probably be fine

You are being to hard on your ink. Add some flowers and vines to connect the two, maybe throw in a banner with some script on it, and you will be really pleased

If you mean that you are adding a hummingbird beside the flower, it really doesn’t matter. As long as you are not working the same area. If so, ^^^2 weeks or so
