Hire a new lawyer. Plead insanity.
It sounds like you’re trying to say they were to be used as evidence against this 21 year old man. Did it not occur to you to tell someone like a social worker or the child’s mother or a lawyer first? Any one of them would have informed you that you were totally out of your mind to do this. If you did tell someone in one of those categories, then you might have a shot with them as your star witness. If you can’t substantiate that you had the suspicions before making the films, you may be stuck.
How could it NOT occur to you that someone might think a video of a 14 year old girl in the shower could be pornographic? After all, you said this was related to your suspicion that she had been sexually active with an older man, so obviously it had occurred to you that she was sexually attractive to at least one man, how could you overlook the fact that someone else might just want to see a video of her in the shower?
What you did wrong, assuming you told the truth above, is you went at this alone. I’m sure you figured it was nobody’s business, but you found out differently now.
Your one ray of hope is that you had a court-appointed attorney, rather than one you chose. Perhaps you can hire one that is competent and cares enough to actually prepare a case for you, but the first task is going to be to get the case thrown out for Ineffective Assistance of Counsel.
Better call on those 350 people and find one that knows someone that can handle that, and see if they are willing to pony up some legal fees, because this is going to get very expensive. You already know the alternative.
