You said yourself you’re not too bothered about it blobbing and, to be honest, it’s such an epic piece that it seems well worth the trade off to me

Maybe keep the same sort of theme, but in a more natural, silhouetted kind of way?

FWIW I actually quite like it, but wouldn’t want to “waste” the skin on a design that could (in my opinion) be a lot more interesting.

Interesting you lose your insurance, I think I’m right in saying that you buy an insurance for yourself to drive anything over there? here it’s all based solely on the vehicle and you have to have insurance specific to that vehicle.
