Well the update is as follows: Stopped using the hydrochloride cream as wasnt doing anything, got some Aqueus cream as advised from doctor and that wasnt making any difference either apart from temporarily keeping the skin supple. Cheers for the advice and info, much appreciated. The tattoo only used black ink so fingers crossed the ink isnt too wild??!!!
Am just keeping clean and gently moisturising at present but have a feeling will have to get some antibiotics off the doc:(

Thank you very much for your reply and advice, much appreciated;)
