I think the little girl is somehow the creepiest part….awesome

This is about their dermatological testing. Admittedly, it doesnt say who did the test but should give you an idea. Have a look at the website. It’s also certified as sage with the European Union.
Rockysmom could be right, I don’t know- hopefully Sherav will see this and have a look. He’s good on harmful chemicals etc.
I use tattoo goo. Admittedly, mine is tiny (as you saw) so it’s not really an issue of cost effectiveness for me as I use so little at a time. But it’s convenient for me to carry around, and smells lovely.
I can’t comment on it vs other brands, because I bought the goo and then my artist said it was the best thing for it. I don’t have tattoos I’ve used other things on to judge, and nor it my tattoo old enough to tell. You saw my worries about blurring.
But I like it. I use the lotion in the morning to make my skin a bit more supple before I spend a day on my feet. Then in the evening i apply the salve (from the tin) and it INSTANTLY makes the tattoo a lot more vivid in a way the lotion itself doesn’t. This makes me think other moisturisers might not do the same.
I don’t know if it’s worth the brand name, but I intend to keep using it. I figure I’ll have this the rest of my life anyway, so I might as well go for the extra expense (which isnt much) and not risk it.
But that’s just me
Hey
Seems like you’re already sorted to me 🙂 time to take your ideas to an artist and let them work with it

Hey Janey
I right clicked on the little image box in your first post and managed to open it 🙂
Obviously ideas depend on what you’re into BUT
you could possibly get the middle bit worked into a rose – adding the red will liven it up a bit, even if the rose has to stay tribal style. They you could get green stems and leaves twining around the tribal?
Unfortunately, you can’t easily cover black – you could always get it lightened with some laser and then work on someone else if you wanted. But I’m sure there’s people on here who could be more inventive at thinking about a cover up?

Well, i slept 100 days worth, Christmas happened, I did some work now and then – i probably spent a week’s worth eating….no need to be a cock really. Obviously no, i didnt draw it for a year. But i spent a year deciding whether I wanted it, placement, working at possible deigns, getting advice on here, reading magazine and walking round shops.
The fact I don’t have warty frogs all over my back does not mean I dont have a ‘proper’ tattoo. Just because it isn’t a full sleeve, back or chest piece doesnt make it less important or less of a tattoo. I didnt expect a lot of people to like it – I appreciate a lot of people are into larger, more elaborate pieces.
I wasn’t actually asking for an opinion on it anyway. Gsouder, Chief D and Topdog all managed to give a reply that answered my question or at least gave some advice. I’m pretty certain none of them liked it. But i was asking for advice on my tattoo. which is what this forum is meant to be for.
Many thanks to those who gave helpful replies or advice.
I actually managed to contact someone through another forum who had similar sized text on her foot and it still looks pretty good over 5 years later so I’m feeling a lot better.

Chief D, why is tattoo goo a waste?
I think, though I could be wrong, it’s only really a problem whilst it’s healing, and therefore an open wound.
I’d be interested to hear if that’s wrong though…
Hey Ben
Yeah, I adore it. Completely. I didnt so much need opinions on the tat. but it’s so special that I’m worried about it becoming illegible. I know I’ll have to commit for touch ups in that area where ink may fall out – I was warned about that…but I’m wondering what can be done for blurring and how likely it is…because i love it so much and I don’t want it ruined.
Sorry just saw the a/e thing.
Depends on the font I guess. Photo?
Hey
Can you post the lyrics correctly and incorrectly and a photo?
Artist really should have noticed, so def be prepared to back and demand he fixes it
If they can wear jeans and flip flops, I somehow doubt that a tattoo in latin would be that risque
Hey
I have to say I don’t like old english style generally. Maybe because, in the UK, it’s a bit overused on unoriginal tattoos, imo. Perhaps a good idea would be to get that ‘feel’ but more flowing, as has been suggested

Just a few examples. But dafont.com has thousands of options. I’d have a look about 😀
But in fairness, she does know better than him whether she’s happy with her own skin or not. She’s not complaining he can’t tattoo, but that there’s an area of skin where the ink hasn’t taken. That’s neither of their fault, but still needs sorting, regardless of knowledge on either side
Hey GSouder
I can’t comment on the colour part but in terms of vibrancy I can recommend a product?
Admittedly my tatt is only about 2 months old, but I use tattoo goo on it at least once every two days and it does genuinely get a little more intense. The product is used for old tattoos to revive colour, so i figured if I start using it now it’ll never fade.
I also use their lotion when I can, but that’s because the tattoo is on my lower heel and I need to keep the skin supple so the ink stays. I use factor 50 sun block on it. That’s not top expensive for me because I use less that a little finger nail’s worth for complete coverage. I know yours are a lot bigger.
But yes, tattoo goo, really recommend it. i wouldnt be surprised if they use something like it, my tattooist said it was the best thing for it and she had autumn leaf tattoos in gorgeous colour
I would put the website up but I dont want to look like im spamming. It’s easy to find though
