I’m pretty sure that it is copyright infringement but I think the chances of them knowing, much less caring about it is very slim. I’ve seen dozens of hockey team logos tattooed and no one from the NHL is getting upset.

Never get ANYTHING pierced with a gun! Go to a professional body piercer, they are trained to put holes in skin. With a piercer, the instruments are sterilized so you can not get anything from them whereas many of the piercing guns can only be wiped down. Hepititus and HIV can possibly live through a wipedown and get passed on to the next person. Also the gun forces the earring through the ear causing much more pain and damage than a piercing needle.

Just my 2 cents.

I would get GOOD jewelry and leave it in there. Nosebones are meant for healed piercings. Your piercer should have much better stuff than that. Just be careful when washing your face, etc so you don’t lose it. Since it’s still bleeding make sure you keep cleaning it and treat it like it a brand new piercing.

Good luck

I have 2 in my tongue for about 10 years with exactly zero problems.

You really minimize the chances of having problems if you:
1) get a pro to do it
2) use non-alcoholic antibacterial mouthwash when you need it (after you eat) – NOT every 5 minutes
3) change to a shorter bar after it’s healed
4) change to plastic balls when you change to the shorter post
5) for god’s sake DO NOT CLICK THE BALL ON YOUR TEETH! It will wear away your gums and tooth enamel (and it’s irritating as hell).

Ibuprofin (Advil) works well to keep swelling to a minimum so does cold stuff like chipped ice and popcicles.

These guidelines are the same as I tell my clients and the ones that follow them don’t have problems (except speaking funny for a day or so).

Foot tattoos hurt like hell. The top of your foot is less likely to fade away than the bottom.

Unless you do steriods or grow abnormally fast you really don’t have to worry about it.

Be patient, it’s only 4 days. When it’s fully healed (give it a week or two) decide if you’re happy or not. If you aren’t go back to your artist. How are you taking care of it?
