It could be several issues. It might be the ink wasnt applied to your skin right. Or the after care wasn’t the best. Some people dont take red ink very well. Your question was kinda vague, that’s probably why the lack of response. Hope this helps.

You should definitly stop with cling film. You gotta let it breath. As far as the scaly look, that’s normal. You may need some touch ups. But without seeing it, its hard to say.
