Well said Matthew.

I can’t bear people who post on these forums asking for opinions then get abusive when they don’t like what they hear.

Hi guys thanks for this …..I have to be honest outlaw and say that a few people have been to the place in Staple Tye in Harlow (this is actually my home town) and have not recommended it *blush* but I do believe every person has a different experience. I mean I am sure somebody has had a bad experience at the place I went to.

I think I will probably go back to the same place I had my one done, just because I know my friends still go there and it is familiar.

Each to his own but personally I think it is wrong for a child so young to go through that process. To be quite honestly, it also looks naff when babies have earrings.

I also agree there should be an age limit – I think children shouldn’t get their ears pierced before say 10, I really do but again, just my own opinion.

I got mine done at 13, my mum didn’t let me get them done before and I am glad. I couldn’t have coped with it so young and also it wasnt necessary.

Hi thanks for this …

Matthew, re the stars. I have always loved the star tattoos I have seen on others. Indeed, the reason my tattoo was on my wrist was originally cos it was going to be stars. My friend had them on her wrist and I was mesmerized everytime and just had to get some. However, I also really wanted my daughters name so I opted for that… and hoped if it wasn’t as painful as I thought, that I would end up getting another tattoo done at some stage.

I love stars anyway – they mean magic and peace to me if that makes sense. They will depict my family for me – I am unsure whether to have 3 stars (myself daughter and hubby) or 5 stars (which would include my parents who I am close to, however not sure how well another tat is gonna go down lol)….so I am researching at the mo.

Oh no.. I am getting wobbly about having it done now …!

I thought wrist would hurt but it was virtually painless … don’t ruin that for me lol lol

*shuffles off to investigate various other places for new tattoo*

Hi nope it was purely a spelling error on my part d-oh soz peeps! Not a crazy form of tattooing I am afraid lol

Thanks loads for these websites – been looking tonight so hoping we can find something for him. I need to pin him down as I know he is a bit wimpy about the pain lol

I am so dying to get my foot one done soon but I promised we would get them together. His was on the basis that his team win the premiership lol – we have had same bet for years but they haven’t won yet! He said he was gonna have a footy tattoo but he said the other day he would rather have our daughters name – I said have both lol

Thanks again.
