That is just excellent.

I think it would look slightly better if you made it a bit abstract though, maybe with smoke or less defined lines. I don’t know.

Not too into text as the quotes tend to be awful, but this one is quite nice. Reminds me of the lyrics of one of my favourite bands..

Definitely one of the best sleeves I have ever seen. Personally, I would’ve got either the doctor or girl at the top of my arm on the outside, to display it better, but of course, it isn’t my tattoo!

Set the gears in my mind working for a sleeve…
