Maybe if you have applied tattoo ointment as an aftercare it may have helped prevent or minimize scabbing. Consult your tattoo artist or better a physician.

Nice tattoo. Take care of that tattoo by using tattoo lotion. There are a lot of available product online, just find the right one.
