Thanks! And, will do guys, trying to get a session in maybe this coming week if I can, but if not, I think I will have to wait until October when it cools off a bit more for a larger session. Who knew the back was such a killer! That lower back hurts way more than the sternum did!
Totally take re-tattooing the sternum over bold lines on the lower back haha.

I dunno about that, I quite like a little cross here and there! I think execution and position are as always key to its success though!
Hey. You are totally right. Execution and position are key! I guess they not be my thing, deff digging those colors though.
over ointment strikes again.
from the DESCRIPTION where you said its a foot tattoo I figured that would be an LOL, but yeah, it is a wound… on the foot. THose tend to collect more fluid during healing and swell a bit because gravity. Elevate future foot tattoo in your down time.
The most fun part about getting tattoos is finding the after care that works for you. Most people go by feel, and too much ointment is usually the problem (Been there, but i’ve been told better, so now I know). I have friends who have washed out tattoos missing ink because they smother their tattoos in ointment for a week, but less is more like most others have said.
I personally prefer the FAINTEST amount of aquaphor. A and D makes my skin crazy.
I even pat the excess off with a napkin after I apply.
I like the concept, but it’s always that shape (cross shape of any type/size) that seems so not flattering on anyones body. BUT it is a well done tattoo, and the colors are very nice!
Shaaa, so cute!
Congrats!
ANd very nice new ink. I’m really loving the tiger skull.
I’ve generally seen worse work come out of fully dictated tattoos, while the fully free potential of an artist bares much better results.

Yep, agreed. Very saddened with that mistake. Would you believe those have been done 3 times and it still looks like that?
Oh my, I would be to a point of maybe frustration 🙁 but hey everyone has their moments of “what in the world??”
Thigh tattoos were all my worst healing tattoos, red and heat were common. Pain and a bruised feeling was too for the first week for sure.
Did the artist use a different color to achieve that look? Did you ask him/her about it?
I don’t think it makes the tattoo unattractive or takes away from it, but if you are concerned then definitely have a talk with them.
So clean and solid work by the artist for sure. Great addition!!

I have to agree on this statement. Flower piece is very well done.
I’m sorry but quality wise, I am not a huge fan, but if you do like it then that’s actually where it counts.
Lol I wish it was that cool of a story. I had that surgery when I was born to correct an intestinal issue.
I also successfully completed my Blue Whale in one appointment. I’m so happy and excited.
