I had a similar random design request to yours and I used https://www.rougecustomtattoo.com/
They were excellent the design was the best work I’ve had. The only issue is I don’t know if they’re always available because they get snowed under with requests.

I have just purchased a design from an online designer. The results were incredible, I’ve never thought of getting a design from anyone but the tattoo artist themselves? Has anyone else had any good experiences? And what are your thoughts?. The website I used was https://www.rougecustomtattoo.com/
