Use unscented soap/lotion. Clean and pat try, do not rub or scratch tattoo. Keep moisturized (I like Aquaphor) but don’t over moisturize. Don’t let it dry out either.

I had a foot tattoo done last May. Pain was tolerable for me.

I say do what you want. It’s your body. You have to find someone who is going to love you for you and your tattoos!

You are so young and the chances you will even be with this person in 10 years is pretty slim. Plus, how can someone so young already be done with tattooing?

I would just be using scent free lotion. Don’t drown the tattoo in it. Just enough to keep it from drying out.

Not sure how laser removal gives you hep c. I had 2 tattoos removed with no issues.
