quick question, the aftercare is the same as getting the tattoo the first time?

wash with soap and water 3-4 times a day then after you wash put the cream on it?

1. I am still getting some small dry looking spots on parts of the tattoo, when I put the cream on it it goes away, is this normal?

2. Some of the line work needs to be darkend up, is 2 months after too late to ask for a touch up? will he charge me?

you should really wait until your atleast 18, your body is gonna go through ALOT more changes which might make your tattoo look shitty after your done growing.
