It sounds like a “blowout”. When the tattooer goes too deep with the needles the ink will spread out in the layers of your skin. Was it done in a shop by a professional tattooer?

I have plates on the bones in my left arm. I want to get the tattoo of a boiler sight glass around the area so that you can look in the “window” and see the plates.

When I got involved in this form, I was introduced to constructive criticism. I don’t see that happening with your format.
