I think the bottom one would probably be my favourite as i prefer black to colour, but they are all great. Black ink is supposed to be more resistant to fading especially if is in an area which is likely to get more exposure to UV.
Have you got a good artist lined up who is good at this kind of style?

When I was a kid I used to pretend I was from the future and I had a barcode on my wrist.. my future name was Zonar… True story!
perhaps I should get a barcode tattoo??

@newguy kids names are always a popular choice. You could go for names on inner arm with drag racing cars or a chevy on a drag strip on the outer arm. would be a nice start to a sleeve with cars as the theme
