Accidently fall off a moving motorcycle and have your skin drag on the payment. A few layers should scrape off. Cheapest way. Yet you will need skin grafts from your lower torso.
Have another tattoo placed on top of it.
Price probably a good used car. $2,900.00 dollars. Ask if the doctor takes used cars as payment.

Try Jolen or Jolenes skin bleach cream. Available at most stores such as Walgreens. Or order it from http://www.drugstore.com
I would not use straight bleach from the laundry room.
Maybe dabs of super glue, let dry and rub with sand paper at your own pain factor. Your on your own.
